CORPORATE STRUCTURE
United Company RUSAL is committed to adhering to the highest global standards
of corporate governance. The company is headed by the Board of Directors which
is collectively responsible for the company’s activities. Executive,
non-executive and independent directors are members of the Board of Directors.
The company has a number independent committees reporting to the Board of
Directors, including Audit committee - three independent directors are its
members. For more than three years the company’s has had the Corporate Code of
Ethics, which defines the company’s values and principles of its operations in
different aspects. In the near future we plan to introduce a corporate
governance code.
